There’s a moment every spring where I start refreshing because I know what’s coming. And right on cue, Disney dropped it: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is back for 2026.
No big buildup. Just a post and suddenly, it’s Halloween planning season.
Within minutes, the shift happens: You’re not casually reading anymore, you’re picking dates, checking crowds, and wondering how fast opening night will sell out (and it will).
It has not been reported that anything huge will change this year, with fan favourites like Boo-to-You parade, The Headless Horseman and Trick-or-treat trails all set to return.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party starts on August 7, 2026 and runs through October 31, yes Halloween starts in August, with tickets going on sale today (May 5)
Now I’m checking flights, debating costumes, and mentally walking down Main Street with pumpkins glowing. Halloween didn’t sneak up this year.
Disney told us exactly when it starts.
